Lexia Solutions Group Ltd was formed in February 2004 to act as a holding company for this group of companies, previously held by common shareholders.
Lexia's objective is to concentrate the administration, marketing and finance functions of the group centrally, as far as is possible. Lexia also acts as an investment vehicle for assessing future growth opportunities and strategy.
The introduction of a new group and corporate identity has enabled the Lexia Solutions Group management team to move into new areas of growth and expand its core offerings to provide a total environmental solution group of companies.
